Grand Unveiling of Aura at Innovation Square: Elevating Living in Cleveland'S Fairfax Neighborhood

If you're in Cleveland and can't afford to live near the Cleveland Clinic, you may want to consider moving to Aura at Innovation Square, a new $26 million apartment complex that's set to open in 2024, Cleveland.com reports.

The complex, which will feature 82 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, was built by the George Gund Foundation, the Cleveland Renaissance Development Corporation, and PNC Bank.

It's part of a larger effort to revitalize the city's Fairfax neighborhood, which has long been plagued by crime and low housing prices.

"The demand for both comprehensive housing and affordable housing remains extremely deep in the surrounding neighborhoods," the executive director of the FRDC tells Cleveland.com.

"Aura at Innovation Square...

delivers a sophisticated and contemporary living experience through its 82 meticulously designed studio, one- and two-bedroom units," the foundation's chairman says in a press release.

The apartments, which cost between $1,400 and $3,000 per square foot, come with on-site amenities including free parking, fitness rooms, and outdoor living areas, as well as access to local cultural and medical facilities, including the Cleveland Clinic, the Karamu House Theatre, and the University Circle.

But not everyone is thrilled with the idea of moving
